Diwali spl....

hi ppl....
Diwali is juz a week ahead...
lets celebrate with all josh n fun...
n so here am posting 2 easy recipes for u...
the first one needs microwave oven n the 2nd can b done on normal stove itself...
i hav tried both n it has come out well :)...

2-min MILK KOVA

Ingredients:
Milkmaid-1/2 tin
Milk powder-8 tbsp
Curd-1 pinch

Method:
***Preheat the oven.
***Add all the ingredients in a microwavw proof oven n mix them well.
***Cook in oven high for 5 mins.
Note:the mixture ll start rising while it is gettin cooked,so take the bowl out n mix once durin the process..can b mixed twice.
***Now the tasty Mlik kova is ready...
Easy isn't it..


Chocolate:

Ingredients:
Milkmaid-1 tin
Cocoa powder-1/2 cup
Butter-50 gms
Sugar-3/4 cup
Ghee-as reqd

Method:
***Mix milkmaid,sugar,cocoa powdern keep aside.
***Heat butter n lil of ghee in a pan..
***Now add the milkmaid mixture n keep stirrin,hav the heat in sim.
***In few mins,the mixture ll form to a ball consistency.
***In a tray,apply ghee n pour the cooked recipe on it.
***After it dries a lil,u can cut it into pieces.
***Now the chocolates r ready.
Note 1:ppl,i tried the recipe with one-fourth of the measure given here.so u better try with one-fourth(coz that ll itself give u 10-12 pieces) n wen u r successful,try it with the measure i hav given here.
Note 2:Cocoa powder's make may differ.In such case,at times the end product can b lil more chocolaty...don worry,wen tasted aftr 2 days u ll not find the bitterness.. :)

I am sure u r shocked with the title..but then its true..this curry tases as fish gravy bt is purely a vegetarian one... nw i will go on with the recipe n you ll knw y i said so... Ingredients: For Gravy: Onion Tomato Coconut cinnamon ani seeds Poppy seeds Sambar powder Roasted gram Salt Oil For the fish type: Gram flour Chilly powder Salt Method: For sambar: · Grind all the ingredients, Except onion, salt n oil. · Take a deep pan, heat oil. · Fry onion. · Add the grinded mixture. · Add salt. · Let it boil so that it gets cooked well. · At the end add coriander leaves.
