A New Start. A New Beginning!!!

Its been very long I have blogged here. I missed making lots of my updates and I now think to start back again.  After lots of changes in life, I have now taken a New Start, a New Beginning in Life.  Ya I have made a huge Decision to move out of India and now on, I will update the blogs regularly about what's happening and also give more useful content here on this blog. I am planning to make it more journal kind of Blog with my experiences as I live in Birmingham, UK and also post my previous experiences that needs a track in future.  I believe every single person who ere following me before start coming back and have new people to follow and learn along with me.. Chole Batura

Ppl this is really good... I just gave a try to it and it came out so well that everyone @ home want me to make it when they wanna have yummy chole batura... Am sorry that am not able to take up pics of them n put up.Bt soon i ll make it done for u all to see it. Am sure that ppl who follow my page would b surprised to see quite a few recipes all on a sudden..Don b surprised guys...though i wasn't scrappin all the days,i had my hand on cooking and thats why postin them all now..he he he... Hope you will try... Chole Ingredients Chole - 200gm Fennel seeds - 1 tsp Onion - 200gm Tomato - 200gm Ginger - small piece Garlic - 6 Yoghurt - 1 cup Green Chillies - 2 Chilli powder - 2 spoons Coriander powder - 3 spoons Garam masala - 1 spoon Turmeric powder - 1 pinch Curry leaves - lil Coriander - lil Oil - as reqd Salt - to taste Method Soak chole for 8 hrs. Pressure Cook for 3 visils and 5 mins on sim. After the pressure lowers,take 1 handful of cooked chole and grind in mixer as paste. Hea

Chicken Curry

Best Side Dish for the Yellow rice is this... Ppl it may take quite long time to finish up this dish bt it turns up to be worth spending time. Chicken Curry Ingredients: Cinnamon - 2 Cardamom - 2 Cloves - 2 Fennel Seeds(சோம்பு) - 1 spoon Onion - 3 Tomato - 4 Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon Chilli powder - 2 spoons Cumin Powder - 1 spoon Coriander powder - 3 spoon Garam masala - 1 spoon Chicken - 1/2 kg Oil - as reqd Salt - to taste Method Finely chop onion n tomatoes. Take a pressure cooker. On heat, add oil , cinnamon , cardamom , cloves , fennel seeds and fry well. Now add up onions n tomatoes n fry well till the oil comes out. Then add ginger garlic paste n again fry till the oil comes out. Now add all the masala powders , salt , mix well and fry well. Add the chicken pieces now, mix well , let it cook well without adding water , wait till the oil comes out. Add required amount of water for the curry , close the cooker n cook for 4 to 5 visils. Yellow Rice

hi frnds... Its been days..nope months that i came to blog...I was all busy with my training n stuff of learnin JAVA...i don knw how its gonna turn up actually... Anyways lemme put up some recipes first... Its gonna be yummy yellow rice first... Yellow Rice Ingredients Rice(preferably basmathi rice) - 1/2 kg Onion - 1 Green Chillies - 10 Ginger - lil Garlic - 2 Cinnamon - 2 pieces Cloves - 3 Cardamom - 5 Coriander leaves - lil Mint leaves - lil Vinegar/Lime Juice - 2 spoons Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon Salt - to taste Oil - as required Method Fry the rice lightly in oil n keep aside. Take a pressure cooker , on heat , add oil , cinnamon , cloves , cardamom. Then add ginger(lil crushed) n chopped garlic and fry well. Add finely chopped onions, slitted green chillies n let them cook well. Add required amount of water n add salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, turmeric powder , rice and vinegar , mix well. I am sure u r shocked with the title..but then its true..this curry tases as fish gravy bt is purely a vegetarian one... nw i will go on with the recipe n you ll knw y i said so... Ingredients: For Gravy: Onion Tomato Coconut cinnamon ani seeds Poppy seeds Sambar powder Roasted gram Salt Oil For the fish type: Gram flour Chilly powder Salt Method: For sambar: · Grind all the ingredients, Except onion, salt n oil. · Take a deep pan, heat oil. · Fry onion. · Add the grinded mixture. · Add salt. · Let it boil so that it gets cooked well. · At the end add coriander leaves. first let me discuss a intro on warli paintin n then comes my work on it frnds... A Introduction About Warli n Warli painting: The Warli or Varli are an Indian Scheduled Tribe . These indigenous people live in talukas of the Thane , Nasik and Dhule districts of Maharashtra , the Valsad District of Gujarat [1] , and the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu union territories [2] . They have their own beliefs, life and customs which have little in common with Hinduism . The Warlis speak an unwritten Varli language mingling Sanskrit , Marathi and Gujarati words. The word Warli is derived from warla, meaning "piece of land" or "field". Their extremely rudimentary wall paintings use a very basic graphic vocabulary: a circle, a triangle and a square. The circle and triangle come from their observation of nature, the circle representing the sun and the moon, the triangle derived from mountains and pointed trees. Only the square seems to obey a different logic
