A New Start. A New Beginning!!!

Its been very long I have blogged here. I missed making lots of my updates and I now think to start back again.  After lots of changes in life, I have now taken a New Start, a New Beginning in Life.  Ya I have made a huge Decision to move out of India and now on, I will update the blogs regularly about what's happening and also give more useful content here on this blog. I am sure u r shocked with the title..but then its true..this curry tases as fish gravy bt is purely a vegetarian one... nw i will go on with the recipe n you ll knw y i said so... Ingredients: For Gravy: Onion Tomato Coconut cinnamon ani seeds Poppy seeds Sambar powder Roasted gram Salt Oil For the fish type: Gram flour Chilly powder Salt Method: For sambar: · Grind all the ingredients, Except onion, salt n oil. · Take a deep pan, heat oil. · Fry onion. · Add the grinded mixture. · Add salt. · Let it boil so that it gets cooked well. · At the end add coriander leaves. Yellow Rice

hi frnds... Its been days..nope months that i came to blog...I was all busy with my training n stuff of learnin JAVA...i don knw how its gonna turn up actually... Anyways lemme put up some recipes first... Its gonna be yummy yellow rice first... Yellow Rice Ingredients Rice(preferably basmathi rice) - 1/2 kg Onion - 1 Green Chillies - 10 Ginger - lil Garlic - 2 Cinnamon - 2 pieces Cloves - 3 Cardamom - 5 Coriander leaves - lil Mint leaves - lil Vinegar/Lime Juice - 2 spoons Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon Salt - to taste Oil - as required Method Fry the rice lightly in oil n keep aside. Take a pressure cooker , on heat , add oil , cinnamon , cloves , cardamom. Then add ginger(lil crushed) n chopped garlic and fry well. Add finely chopped onions, slitted green chillies n let them cook well. Add required amount of water n add salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, turmeric powder , rice and vinegar , mix well.
