Ingredients: Onion - 1/2 kg Tomato - 4 nos Chicken/meat - 1/4 kg(cooked) Cashew - 25 gm Kasa Kasa - 1 tbsp Coconut - 1 cup(grated) Green Chillies - 4 nos Coriander(chopped) - 1/2 cup Mint leaves(chopped) - 1/2 cup Ginger - 1 inch Garlic - 8 or 10 pieces Chilli powder - 2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Soda-bi-carbonate - 1 pinch Ani seeds - 1 tsp Patta - 3 nos Cinnamon - 4 nos Cardamon - 3 nos Pepper - 1 tsp Method: Grind the last 4 ingredients as powder.
