After graduation,HCL la offer letter irundhum,vela ilama veetla irukura time la i thought of doin some useful things...of course to learn somethin...
Usefula,timepass n at the same time no books,this is wat i had in my mind...
Got few ideas to do too...
One among them is tryin all these kolams....
Doin them in the afternoon,has become one of my favorite passtime....
This really takes good lot of time.not boredom too...

Its been very long I have blogged here. Chicken Curry

Best Side Dish for the Yellow rice is this... Ppl it may take quite long time to finish up this dish bt it turns up to be worth spending time. Chicken Curry Ingredients: Cinnamon - 2 Cardamom - 2 Cloves - 2 Fennel Seeds(சோம்பு) - 1 spoon Onion - 3 Tomato - 4 Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon Chilli powder - 2 spoons Cumin Powder - 1 spoon Coriander powder - 3 spoon Garam masala - 1 spoon Chicken - 1/2 kg Oil - as reqd Salt - to taste Method Finely chop onion n tomatoes. Take a pressure cooker. On heat, add oil , cinnamon , cardamom , cloves , fennel seeds and fry well. Now add up onions n tomatoes n fry well till the oil comes out. Then add ginger garlic paste n again fry till the oil comes out. Now add all the masala powders , salt , mix well and fry well. Add the chicken pieces now, mix well , let it cook well without adding water , wait till the oil comes out. Add required amount of water for the curry , close the cooker n cook for 4 to 5 visils. first let me discuss a intro on warli paintin n then comes my work on it frnds... A Introduction About Warli n Warli painting: The Warli or Varli are an Indian Scheduled Tribe . These indigenous people live in talukas of the Thane , Nasik and Dhule districts of Maharashtra , the Valsad District of Gujarat [1] , and the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu union territories [2] . They have their own beliefs, life and customs which have little in common with Hinduism . The Warlis speak an unwritten Varli language mingling Sanskrit , Marathi and Gujarati words. The word Warli is derived from warla, meaning "piece of land" or "field". Their extremely rudimentary wall paintings use a very basic graphic vocabulary: a circle, a triangle and a square. The circle and triangle come from their observation of nature, the circle representing the sun and the moon, the triangle derived from mountains and pointed trees. Only the square seems to obey a different logic ...
