Its been very long I have blogged here. I missed making lots of my updates and I now think to start back again. After lots of changes in life, I have now taken a New Start, a New Beginning in Life. Ya I have made a huge Decision to move out of India and now on, I will update the blogs regularly about what's happening and also give more useful content here on this blog. I am planning to make it more journal kind of Blog with my experiences as I live in Birmingham, UK and also post my previous experiences that needs a track in future. Chole Ingredients Chole - 200gm Fennel seeds - 1 tsp Onion - 200gm Tomato - 200gm Ginger - small piece Garlic - 6 Yoghurt - 1 cup Green Chillies - 2 Chilli powder - 2 spoons Coriander powder - 3 spoons Garam masala - 1 spoon Turmeric powder - 1 pinch Curry leaves - lil Coriander - lil Oil - as reqd Salt - to taste Method Soak chole for 8 hrs.
